These are the plain rules for using TopVacay. By using the site you agree to them.

What the site is

TopVacay publishes whole-trip plans that people can vote on, remix and book piece by piece on partner sites. TopVacay does not sell travel, does not take payments and does not charge a card.

Prices and plans are estimates

Costs on a trip are estimates we calculate from the lines on that trip. They are not quotes. Prices, availability, opening hours and rules change, so check everything on the partner or provider site before you book or travel. You are responsible for your own bookings, documents, insurance and safety.

Bookings happen on other sites

Book links open partner sites such as hotels, airlines and booking platforms. Your booking is between you and that site, under its terms, prices, cancellation rules and privacy policy. We may earn a commission when you book; see How we make money.

What you post

If you publish a trip, review or photo, you keep ownership of it and let TopVacay show it on the site and in share links. Only post things you have the right to share. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, spam, or someone else’s private information. We may hide or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Votes and fair use

Vote honestly. Don’t use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to change votes, rankings or clicks, and don’t try to overload or break the site.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We try to keep plans accurate but can’t promise they are complete, current or right for you, and TopVacay is not liable for trips, bookings or losses that come from using it, to the extent the law allows.
